It is simply a “no hassle” warranty with 2-year parts*, 1-year full service**, and a lifetime guarantee*** on the drum and frame. 2-Year Parts: Excludes periodic maintenance, wear, and/or miscellaneous expendable supply items including, but not limited to, fluids, gaskets, filters, rollers, bearings, drain plugs, and/or o-rings. Electrical components are covered for a 1-year period only. Factory may require the return of defective part for further warranty evaluation. If a return is necessary, proper forms must be submitted before return authorization will be given. Freight will be paid by factory on all warranty claims including return freight if necessary. (ground service only) Up to 1-Year Service: Contact your local authorized dealer for more information on their service policy, procedures, and capabilities. DFE does not endorse any dealers' service agreements. Service agreements are restricted to the terms and conditions set forth by the authorized selling dealer. Lifetime Guarantee: Extends to original owner only. Any transfer of ownership of equipment would induce a pro-rated guarantee dated from original sale for a period of 10 years depreciating at a rate of 10% every year thereafter. (Example: If equipment is sold after 5 years from original owner’s purchase, new owner would be entitled to only 50% coverage on any drum or frame warranty claim.)
